Evolution in IN Groupe’s governance

Agnès Diallo, Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of IN Groupe, has announced that she will move on from her role effective August 31, 2026, to pursue other personal and professional endeavors.
The Board of Directors, meeting today, acknowledged this decision and appointed Yann Haguet as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Drawing on his solid industry experience and nearly ten years with IN Groupe, he will, effective today, fully assume the leadership of the group until the process of appointing a successor has been completed.
The Board thanks Agnès Diallo for her commitment and her contribution to the group's development throughout these years which have placed IN Groupe on a growth trajectory and established it as a European champion and a global leader in its sector.
The Executive Committee and IN Groupe teams remain fully mobilised to pursue the group's strategy, in service of its customers.
