Yann Haguet appointed Acting Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IN Groupe

In a letter dated 1st October 2026, the French State, represented by Alexis Zajdenweber, Commissioner for State Shareholdings (APE), appointed Yann Haguet as Acting Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IN Groupe until the appointment process for a new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer is completed.
This appointment follows the governance structure put in place earlier this summer and enables IN Groupe to effectively continue the implementation of its strategic and operational priorities.
Yann Haguet brings more than thirty-five years of experience in industry and technology, including over fifteen years in the field of sovereign, physical and digital biometric identity solutions. After holding various positions at Cegelec, Alcatel and later Thales, where he notably led the biometric identity solutions business from 2011 onwards, he joined IN Groupe in 2017 to head this activity. More recently, as Executive Vice President France & Denmark, he has been responsible for the group’s governmental and para-governmental activities in both countries. He will continue to oversee this market during his interim mandate. He is a graduate of INSA and Supélec.
