Agnès DIALLO is the new CEO of IN Groupe
Paris, July 10, 2024
By decree of the President of the Republic dated July 3, 2024, the General Management of IN Groupe has been entrusted to Agnès Diallo as new CEO.
The French State, as a shareholder of IN Groupe, has decided to evolve the company's governance by separating the roles of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. This decision comes at the end of Didier Trutt's term, who had been CEO since 2009 and was instrumental in the significant transformation of the company initiated over a decade ago.
Thus, by decree of the President of the Republic, the general management of IN Groupe (formerly Imprimerie Nationale) has been entrusted to Agnès Diallo, while Didier Trutt will assume the role of Chairman of the Board, supporting her in her new duties to ensure a smooth transition until the next Annual General Meeting in 2025. After this period, the roles will be unified, and Agnès Diallo will become the Chairwoman and CEO of the company.
Today, IN Groupe is a key player in the physical and digital identity market both in France and internationally. IN Groupe achieves a turnover of €623M, with 56% generated internationally, and employs 2,000 people across 7 countries.
Agnès Diallo's mission will be to continue this growth strategy and successfully navigate the digital shift to make IN Groupe a European and global leader in identity, strengthening the group’s position across the entire identity value chain, from secure components to digital identity, as well as in trusted digital services.
By joining IN Groupe, I commit to successfully addressing the strategic, technological, and industrial challenges of the Group to continue its growth and accelerate its development at the heart of the identity market, serving our clients. I deeply believe in the responsible deployment of digital technology to provide more services, more security, more justice, and easier mobility for professionals, users, and citizens. I am very pleased to reunite with the IN Groupe teams, whose expertise and dedication I know and appreciate, to build a sovereign identity champion in Europe and internationally.
