Launch of the new French Large Family Card and a dedicated portal

For the French Ministry of Transport, IN Groupe is rolling out a new Large Family Card on 2nd January 2023.

Following the announcement of the new Large Family Card by Clément Beaune, Minister Delegate in charge of Transport, it will be possible to order it from the 2nd January 2023 on its new portal: www.carte-familles-nombreuses.gouv.fr.

The Large Family Card will thus be dematerialised and beneficiaries will be able to order their cards directly online and follow its entire life cycle, including declarations of loss and requests for renewal.

The new card has a new format and design. Thanks to a faster, paperless ordering process, the procedures for beneficiary families will be simplified.

The conditions of eligibility for the card, as well as the associated discount levels, remain unchanged and the application fee will be €18 per family in 2023.

"IN Groupe is delighted to contribute to facilitating the daily life of families who benefit from the Large Family Card services. Through the new dematerialised service for issuing the card, IN Groupe wanted to provide a simple, pleasant user experience with no concessions on security and the protection of users' personal data, just like what IN Groupe already does for the Crit'Air and Mobility Inclusion Card services." Didier Trutt, President and CEO of IN Groupe
